The total number of participants is limited to about 60. You will receive written confirmation of registration and information about payment arrangements by mail when your application has been accepted.




If a booking is cancelled up to six weeks before the start of the conference, the attendance fee is reimbursed less an administrative fee of EUR 20. Cancellations are only accepted in writing (i.e. by surface mail or e-mail). The relevant cancellation date is the date of receipt.Later cancellations cannot be accepted. If a participant does not attend the conference or leaves before its end, the full attendance fee remains payable.



Abstract Submission


The symposium will include poster presentations. We will review all submitted abstracts after the deadline and may choose some of them for an oral presentation at the beginning of September 2017.



Poster Presentation:


Poster walls: 1.30m height + 1.00m width.

Poster should be printed in A0 size (Portrait).
